and encourage all our residents to make choices and decisions regarding their home - from where they like to live and whom they want to live with to how to decorate and furnish their rooms. Our properties are homes with the look and feel of real homes. Tenants are encouraged to bring their own furnishings and personal belongings to make their houses look homely.

We seek to maximise our tenants' independence by providing them with reassurance, safety, and support. Our properties are in safe residential areas and have close access to transportation links, shops, and numerous additional amenities.


Intensive Housing Support
We understand that everyone's requirements are different. That's why at Clear Blue Housing, support is tailored to each tenant's unique needs. In addition to facilitating tenant
engagement, Clear Blue ensures that all tenants have the final say in selecting and maintaining their homes. Where possible, we will adapt the properties to be tailored to fit
the requirements of our residents.

At Clear Blue, we put emphasis on your personal choices. We are committed to supporting your development. We offer our residents a safe environment where they can exercise their
independence and live a healthier way to live their life within your local community. We work closely with care providers to help our tenants maintain their tenancies, improve their
well-being and learn to handle day-to-day activities more independently.


Family Members
At Clear Blue Housing, we work closely with family members to ensure their relatives are provided with the best possible housing. We believe that relatives are a core part of their support network and value their understanding of our tenants' specific needs. That's why we involve family members in all major decisions, listen to their needs and concerns, and offer them added support when needed.
Local Authorities
Clear Blue Housing works closely with local authorities to help determine the needs of vulnerable adults and implement a solution for their housing needs. All our supported-living properties fully comply with regulatory requirements and provide a base from which local authorities can support those in need.

Clear Blue Housing works alongside registered care providers to provide high-quality care and tailored support to all our tenants. We value their support in helping our tenants

Supported Housing
What is Supported Housing?
Supported Housing provides our residents across England with a place they can call home. It helps adults with varied needs maintain their independence within their local communities and provides a base from which local authorities can commission support.


Our Care Partners
Clear Blue House works in collaboration with care providers. Our care partners support our tenants to maintain their tenancies, pay their bills, improve their well-being and learn to manage day-to-day activities more independently. The support received is by the assessed needs of each tenant.
Types of Housing
Clear Blue Housing offers two types of housing: independent and shared housing. Independent housing is appropriate for adults who need to live alone whilst still being able to enjoy all the benefits of the local community. Shared housing is appropriate for tenants who can thrive in a home with other adults; each tenant has a personal bedroom but may share communal facilities. We also provide communal lounges within our supported living facilities and other facilities such as sensory spaces.


Our Properties
Clear Blues' properties look to maximise the independence of our residents and provide them with comfort, safety, independence and support. Our properties are located in safe, clean, residential communities and close to transport links, shops, statutory services and other amenities.
Special adaptations
All our properties are sourced with the resident in mind and fully comply with regulatory requirements. Where possible, we will adapt, upgrade and change properties to better suit
the needs of our tenants.


It is essential to us that our tenants feel safe and comfortable in their homes. As a social housing landlord, we focus on maintaining our properties to the highest possible standards. We deliver an effective and responsive repair service to all our residents and are determined to perform regular maintenance on all our properties. Where possible, we will
adapt, upgrade and modify properties to better fit the requirements of our tenants.
We value our tenants' trust and endeavour to protect their privacy as much as possible throughout the maintenance and repair process. We aim to ensure that all maintenance
work is carried out promptly, effectively and sensitively. Our highly experienced maintenance department understands our tenants' needs and continuously looks for ways to minimise disruption during the maintenance period.
Where possible, we will use our in-house repair team for most minor repairs. Depending on the nature of the problem and the property's geographic location, we may sometimes outsource the work to approved specialist contractors.
We aim to undertake all repairs in the quickest time possible. To assist us in doing this, we have established a priority scheme to ensure that the more urgent the repair, the faster it is put right.
